Years later, while serving in the Marine Corps and stationed at Camp Fuji, Japan, Devon noticed a strange cloud formation hovering above Mount Fuji that appeared solid and unnatural. Weeks later, during a quiet night in the nearby town of Gotemba, he and a fellow Marine came face-to-face with a towering humanoid figure with enormous eyes, gray-green skin, and features that Devon says were impossible to mistake for anything ordinary.
