Hello and welcome back to this weeks podcast episode of Ultimate Vibe Audio Music Productions Episode 414 and not 415 as mentioned in my monologue .Well i'm slowly recovering from my Gout episode that i had this past few weeks ,and i'm beginning to walk normally again with the help of these meds . I'v been medicated up to the gills these past few weeks so i was'nt myself most of the time ,very powerful meds. Spent most of the time watching the world cup .I could'nt even practice i was so medicated up .All i have to do now is get my right shoe on my foot .At the moment its tight and uncomfortable so i have to wait a few days . Hopefully it will be cleared up before the weekend when me and the wife will be going to a Summer Drum Solstice where i'll be able to display my Drumming skills. I also want to mention and give a shout out to all the very kind folks that sent me birthday wishes over the weekend. I don't really like getting older but its the thought that counts right !
