Why I think musicians are really bailing from the Great American State Fair, and its not due to death threats or partisan politics & "not knowing what they signed up for" (as is the excuses). The excuses make no sense. The Great American State Fair is a planned 16 day event on the Federal Mall honoring America's 250th birthday. Musicians announced included Martina McBride, Young MC, Vanilla Ice, Freedom Williams as C+C Music Factory, Bret Michaels of Poison, Fab Morvan of Milli Vanilli, the Commodores, Morris Day of the Time, Flo Rida.
