The New Covenant Message of the Days of Unleavened Bread

This episode discusses the spiritual significance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread in the context of the New Covenant.
Some Old Covenant practices of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (like sacrifices and the wave sheaf offering) are fulfilled and no longer required through Christ, key elements—such as removing leaven and eating unleavened bread—remain as spiritually meaningful practices for New Covenant believers. We need to remove sin and pride (“leaven”) from our life and replace them with sincerity and truth through Christ. This understanding comes from directly from Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 5 and the direct teaching of Jesus.
