Dr. Charles Small is the Founding Director and President of the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP). He established the ISGAP Oxford Summer Institute in Critical Antisemitism Studies in 2015 and previously served as the Founding Director of the Yale Initiative for the Interdisciplinary Study of Antisemitism.
