About this episode

Clyde Singleton interviews rising YouTube star Skate Xiii/Lord D’Andre about his experiences in skateboarding and growing up in rural Georgia.

Back like I never left, featuring none other than rising YouTube star- Skate Xiii/Lord D’Andre. In today’s social media world, it’s rare to see independent Black skateboard reviewers. So, I linked up with one of the newest & brightest in the game. And, this is one hellluva conversation! Tune in, as the young Lord talks growing up in rural Georgia skateboarding. What does “Xiiii” actually mean? We discuss “skateboarding rappers”, seeing KKK paraphernalia as a youth, why he changed his original YouTube handle & so much more. This kid has a bright future, and it was an absolute honor linking up & picking his brain. Without further ado, here’s Part 1 with my nephew- Lord D’Andre. It’s #BlackHistoryMonth, folks. We’re just getting started.. Thank you once again, Lord!
