Then I break down how a stolen House majority would work in practice: manufacturing a presumption of fraud before votes are cast, turning close Democratic wins into federal criminal investigations, pressuring county boards to delay election certification, and exploiting the House clerk, credentials, and the opening roll on January 3 to keep an elected majority from organizing the chamber.
