As a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, he led some of the world's toughest personnel, honing his leadership skills in demanding environments. In 1999, he transitioned to the United States Secret Service, where he was responsible for protecting seven American presidents and leading elite teams in complex, high-stakes international missions.
