Clara helps a tiny green alien by teaching him a lullaby, fostering a connection through a mindful bedtime story.
Clara notices a strange blue light in her room and finds a tiny green alien who has landed on her bed in a little spaceship. Even though she cannot understand what he is saying, she keeps trying to help until she figures out that he wants a lullaby. After she teaches him the song, he happily flies away, as if he is taking a little piece of Earth’s bedtime comfort back home. Hey parents, here are 4 ways to build attachment as you listen to the story together: 1.) Have fun practicing the alien language with your child. 2.) Sway gently back and forth with your child. 3.) Model the breathing technique with your child. 4.) Add a little alien cheer at the end ZEE ZEE ZEE!
