About this episode
Hildee Weiss shares her journey from being a 'coach potato' to becoming a runner at the age of 46, inspiring others to pursue their dreams regardless of age.
This episode features mother of five, community volunteer, writer, and runner Hildee Weiss. “I would like to be able to inspire people out there that hear my story and see like, wow, she was 46 when she started, and it's not too late to start something,” says Hildee. “If you have a goal, if you have a dream—it may seem unattainable, but just take that step. I'm forever changed. I'm a healthier person in so many ways.”
