About this episode

The episode discusses the pilot of the 2022 adaptation of 'Interview with the Vampire' and its significant changes from the original story.

Interview with the Vampire! The 2022 take on this Anne Rice classic is quite a departure, so much so that the Rice estate even parted ways with AMC and the production of this show. It does take quite a few new liberties... Louis is black now? He owns brothels now? The story starts off with his brother still alive? Explicit gay scenes? A modern-day framing device with an extra-prickly and older interviewer? Were all the changes worth it? Did we stay tuned?! We watch pilots of TV shows, old and new, and then ask, ”Would You Stay Tuned?” New episodes... whenever! Find more stuff we do at https://www.FugitiveFrames.com
