When we are willing to look at any disappointment or unmet expectations in our lives, we can then use a fresh perspective to release something which cannot continue on the next unfolding part of our life journey. Even tragedy has the potential to be transformed into triumph and beauty. We must sit with any disappointment but not drown in it.This is how we craft new reality for ourselves and for the Earth.
