Welcome to Season Three of my podcast "10,000 hours...and counting". In this first episode of 2026, I am chatting with Juliana Sloane; Buddhist Mindfulness Teacher, Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, and Applied Shamanic Counsellor. We will be discussing what it truly takes to create sustained, meaningful transformation from within. It's a good time to open up to new ways of being in your life with this "Number 1" year numerology. We will discuss the ways in which the foundation of genuine transformation process doesn't come as a magic wand and requires an attitude of gentleness towards the self during the change or metamorphosis stage.
