Alex has worked with companies, nonprofits and governments around the world to rethink how productivity and work culture should function. He is the author of several influential books including Rest, Shorter, Work Less Do More: Designing the 4 Day Week and The Distraction Addiction. His work explores how individuals and organisations can better integrate rest, creativity and focus into modern working life.
