In these familiar words, Jesus teaches us how to pray with both intimacy and reverence, “Our Father” and “hallowed be your name.” He leads us to surrender, “Your kingdom come, your will be done”, trusting that God’s ways are higher than ours. We’re reminded to depend on Him daily, to forgive as we’ve been forgiven, and to seek His protection in times of testing.
