Many elite athletes look strong on the outside, but live with pain every day. In this episode, Andreas Öhgren sits down with professional football player Erik Larsson, who played at the highest level in Europe, won titles, and competed in the Champions League. Behind the scenes, his body was breaking down. Constant pain, inflammation, rehab, treatments, and medication became part of everyday life, but nothing solved the problem. After years of frustration, Erik discovered Fascia Mastery and started working with Andreas using a completely different approach based on fascia, movement, and treating the body as one connected system. The change came fast. Within days he felt a difference. Within weeks his body started working again.
