About this episode
This episode explores the concept of biblical joy and its connection to staying close to Jesus.
Joy is more than feeling happy when life is going well. Happiness often depends on what is happening around us, but biblical joy is rooted in something deeper. In John 15, Jesus teaches that joy grows when we stay connected to Him. He is the vine, and we are the branches. Apart from Him, we cannot produce the kind of fruit our souls truly need. Joy grows in us when we build our lives around Jesus – staying close to Him, obeying His Word, walking with His people, and remaining active in faith.
