I discuss how feeding, sleep deprivation, hormonal changes, parenting stress, emotional flooding, and nervous system regulation can impact emotional connection, libido, and marriage communication after kids. Postpartum intimacy changes are completely normal, and certainly not a sign of something "wrong" in the relationship.
