Dear Choose Happy Community, It’s easy to forget how powerful we truly are. This teaching reminds us that the Divine Presence within us is never absent, not even for a moment. When we release the thoughts and judgments that limit us, we reconnect with the limitless strength already at the core of our being. From that place, clarity and discernment naturally arise. Remembering our own divinity also helps us recognize the same light in others. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video: “ If you find, like that person who is very honest about their own patterns, if you find ‘sometimes I am triggered. Sometimes I do get entangled with reactivity’.
