Dear Choose Happy Community, Sometimes the pain we couldn’t feel in the past waits quietly until we’re ready. This teaching reminds us that when we wall off pain, we also block the life force within us. Healing isn’t about forcing anything—it’s about gently turning toward those parts of ourselves with kindness and care. When we do, we begin to reclaim the energy we’ve been missing. Every part of you is already loved, already worthy, and already held in the light. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video: “ A couple of people have mentioned in early childhood the trauma was such that they just couldn’t allow themselves to feel it at the time. And also sometimes as adults, we have to keep going and we’re not able to allow ourself to feel at the time, whatever the pain is, whatever the trauma is. And then there’s a moment when light within you sort of knocks on the door of your awareness and says, it’s time. It’s time to breathe into this pain that you have been carrying. “And so here I’m putting this in words, but allow yourself to feel this.
