Jessie shares more of her personal story—from growing up with trauma, bullying, and body dysmorphia to eventually becoming a social worker, educator, and founder of a global kindness initiative. She explains how pain often creates what she calls the “hate cycle,” where hurt people unintentionally pass that hurt on to others, and why breaking that cycle has to start with how we teach kids to understand themselves and each other.
