You know, it's a Wednesday morning, and I'm guessing that if you're here, your mind might be doing that thing where it's already three steps ahead of your body. Maybe your to-do list is longer than your coffee cup is wide, or you're feeling that familiar tightness in your shoulders that whispers you're carrying too much. Sound familiar? Well, you're not alone, and honestly, showing up here is already the hardest part. Let's settle into this moment together. Find yourself somewhere comfortable, whether that's on a chair, a cushion, or even leaning against a wall. There's no perfect posture police here. Just somewhere your body can feel supported. Go ahead and let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Good. Now, let's anchor ourselves with three conscious breaths. Breathe in through your nose, slowly, for a count of four. Hold it for just a moment. Then exhale through your mouth like you're fogging up a window. One more time. In through the nose, four counts. Out through the mouth. And once more…
