I believe in helping people think for themselves. So today I'm asking you three questions that I believe every coach needs to sit with. When I look at what makes a great coach, a lot of it comes from the sports world. Great coaches win championships and prepare their athletes to be great beyond their sport. In business coaching, I see three levels: creating transformative results is winning championships, making progress without the transformation is a winning season, and missing the mark entirely is a losing season.
