About this episode

This episode discusses the contamination of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels due to a packaging leak and the associated health risks.

Vidcast: https://www.instagram.com/p/DZdPHYtJHUC/ A machine leak during the packaging process caused contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant. This contaminant causes nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Affected: lot numbers TL8K, YH9X, and YH9Y for the 120-count packages; and X78N for the 72-count packages. All affected lots have an expiration date of November 30, 2028. This contaminated product was sold nationwide during April and May 2026. Check the lot number on your Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels.
