The episode follows the Maplewood Cyclones as they regain their confidence through fun activities after a tough basketball game.

What happens when four teammates lose their confidence… and have to find it somewhere between bumper cars, mini golf, a rock climbing wall, and a zip line? The Maplewood Cyclones — Ava, Sophie, Kayleigh, and Julia — have been looking forward to the Beach Invitational all season. Real basketball courts. Right on the sand. The ocean behind the baskets and the whole weekend ahead of them. Then the Sunnydale Panthers happen. Fast, pressing, relentless — the Panthers take the first game and leave the Cyclones sitting in the sand at halftime wondering where their confidence went. Sophie is missing shots she always makes. Julia can't find her rhythm at the rim. Kayleigh is doing everything right and it still isn't enough. And Ava is passing to spaces where her teammates used to be. Coach Taylor has a plan. But it has nothing to do with basketball. A boardwalk. Bumper cars. Mini golf. A rock climbing wall. And a zip line at the edge of a bluff where the only thing left to do — after all the preparation, all the checking, all the holding on — is let go.
