Morgan Smith - As the CEO of Monsoon Beverages behind Kalm with Kava, I've spent over a decade immersed in the science, cultural traditions, and real-world impact of this remarkable plant. Kava has long played a role in fostering social bonds and well-being in the South Pacific, and I've had the privilege of learning directly from growers and communities throughout the region. My approach is hands-on from field to finished product. I operate a kava farm in Hawai‘i, and I work face to face with farmers to ensure quality and responsible sourcing, aiming to bridge ancient practices with mindful modern use.
