The Psychological Trap Keeping People Average

Most people know they should post more content, share more opinions and put themselves out there more online, but they stop themselves because they are worried about what other people might think. In this episode, I recorded a podcast publicly on Miami Beach because I wanted to challenge that fear in myself too. It felt awkward. It felt uncomfortable. But it reminded me how often we let random people influence our behaviour, even when those people will never affect our life or business.
