Dr Erin Louise Bellamy Dr Erin Louise Bellamy is a Chartered Psychologist, Metabolic Psychiatry Practitioner, and CEO of IKRT (ikrt.org), an international organisation advancing ketogenic metabolic therapy (KMT) for mental health. She holds a PhD in Psychology (ketogenic diets and depression) and a master’s degree (MSc) in Psychiatric Research from King’s College London and is a Research Fellow at the University of East London. With over a decade of experience researching and implementing KMT, Erin integrates clinical practice, education, and research to improve mental health outcomes. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners.
