Emily Kwok is a multiple-time IBJJF champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an early veteran of women’s MMA, and one of the sport’s pioneering female athletes. A school owner and head instructor at Princeton BJJ, she brings over two decades of experience on and off the mat.
