When you have your self-care moments, are you nurturing your mind and resting your beautiful body? Self-care will prevent burnout and help manage stress. Here is a sample self-care list: * Take a warm bath with essential oils. * Meditate for 10-15 minutes. * Read a book. * Listen to calming music. * Go for a walk in nature. * Spend time with loved ones. * Practice a hobby. * Get enough sleep. * Eat nutritious meals. * Drink plenty of water.
