Hey momma, Welcome to Episode 200. I honestly can't believe we're here. What started as a simple idea has turned into more than 100,000 downloads, hundreds of conversations, and a community of moms who are learning how to create more support in their lives one habit at a time. In this milestone episode, I'm sharing a little bit of the story behind the podcast, how motherhood helped me find my voice again, and why habit stacking became one of the most important tools I've ever discovered. Like so many moms, I found myself carrying everything in my head. The meals, the laundry, the groceries, the schedules, the routines, the responsibilities, and the endless mental load that comes with managing a family. And every summer, when the routines and structure of the school year disappeared, I found myself feeling overwhelmed all over again. Most importantly, I want to challenge you to stop trying to overhaul your entire life.
