Jess Przulj discusses the importance of planning ahead for back-to-school routines to avoid overwhelm.
Do you ever feel like the school year starts before you're ready? Have you ever found yourself just a few weeks into the new routine thinking, "I wish I would've planned for this sooner?" In this episode, I'm sharing why July has become my favorite planning season as a mom. Instead of waiting until back-to-school chaos arrives, I'm encouraging you to think ahead and begin preparing for the season before it begins. I'll explain why I no longer plan in years, but instead think in 90-day seasons, and why that simple shift has completely changed the way I approach motherhood, routines, and the mental load that comes with it. Ultimately, my hope is that you'll stop reacting to every new season and start stepping into it with more intention. Small moments of planning today can create a much calmer tomorrow. Let's partner together because momming isn't easy, and we weren't meant to do it alone. Pop in your earbuds, grab that cup of coffee, and let's get stacking!
