About this episode
The episode discusses the importance of acceptance in the healing process when faced with uncontrollable life changes.
When life changes and you can’t control what’s happening, most of us go straight into resistance. Accepting what is isn’t easy especially when you’re knee-deep in pain. What happens for a lot of people is they get stuck. Stuck in the anger. Stuck in the bitterness. Stuck replaying the story over and over in their minds, trying to figure it out, trying to make it make sense. And because they can’t accept what happened, they never fully move forward. But acceptance doesn’t mean you like what happened. It doesn’t mean it was okay. And it definitely doesn’t mean someone gets off the hook. It simply means you soften the internal battle that’s making your healing harder than it needs to be. In todays podcast we are going to disucss it all!
