Whitney Conner Clapper is the Executive Director of the Farmhand Foundation, where she is helping build a future in which ecosystems, farmers, and communities support one another. With more than 20 years of experience in brand marketing, storytelling, regenerative agriculture, and community engagement, Whitney has built purpose-driven campaigns that connect business with lasting social and environmental impact. Her work spans the outdoor industry, including 12 years at Patagonia, where she led Indigenous engagement and justice, equity, and inclusion initiatives while helping shape mission-driven programs such as Worn Wear, Patagonia Provisions, and Patagonia Action Works. She built enduring partnerships between business, Tribal Nations, nonprofits, and grassroots movements to advance climate resilience, biodiversity, and environmental justice.
