Courtney "Bear" Sills is one of the entertainment industry's most innovative figures. His goal is to inspire the youth and assist them with understanding that their mind is their strongest muscle. Sills is a founding member of the label imprint No Face No Case that launched in 2019. He served as an associate producer of the VH1 documentary "The Untold Story of Atlanta Rise," and is a partner in the beverage brand Crip-a-Cola/Blood Pop alongside Killer Mike, where he also functioned as a casting agent on behalf of the brand for the series "Trigger Warning," on Netflix. Bear Sills is passionate about uplifting and strengthening black communities. He leads Bear Stong, a non-profit "committed to fully addressing socio-cultural factors impacting the social and emotional development of minority males youth.
