The episode explores the story of Tania Head, who falsely claimed to be a survivor of the 9/11 attacks and the unraveling of her deception.

On September the 11th 2001, the worst terrorist attack of all time happened at the twin towers of The World Trade Centre in Lower Manhattan New York City. The world of Tania Head changed that day, she claimed she was on the upper floor of The World Trade Centre South Tower when the plane hit where she sustained life changing injuries to her arm. She was rescued by a firefighter - Welles Crowther and somehow she managed to avoid the gore floor of sky lobby, the floor with the largest loss of life in the whole tower. Tania's survival story was wild and other survivors rallied around her to prop her up, she was so revered as a pillar of support by other survivors that they elected her as the president of the main survivors support group. but soon, other survivors started to notice cracks in her story and when a reporter delved deeper, they found that she may not have been telling the truth and soon, things started to unravel in a spectacular fashion.
