Jess Olejniczak shares her journey of overcoming Crohn's disease through faith and intentional lifestyle changes.
Welcome to the Living Faithfully Fit Podcast with Tracy Balderach. In this episode, I sit down with Jess Olejniczak, a wife and mom of 3 who was diagnosed with Crohn’s after her first pregnancy and found herself searching for answers beyond what she had been told. What I love about Jess’s story is that she didn’t just accept it. She started asking better questions. She began making simple, intentional changes to how she nourished her body. And most importantly, she leaned into her faith in a deeper way than ever before. Over time, everything began to shift. Not overnight. But through consistency, obedience, and trust in the way God designed her body to function. Today, Jess has been flare-free for over a decade and is passionate about helping others see that there is hope…even when it doesn’t feel like it. This conversation is about more than Crohn’s. It’s about faith, stewardship, and believing that your story isn’t finished. Let’s talk about all of it. Ready? Let’s go!
