| 8/31/26 | Episode 125: A Guided Prayer for the Woman Who Is Exhausted | There are seasons when you aren't just busy. You're depleted. This week, after moving my oldest daughter into college, walking through all the emotions that came with that transition, and then sending my younger 3 back to school, I walked into my office determined to get back to work and push. About an hour later, I realized I wasn't getting much done because I was emotionally and physically tired. And maybe you are too.Sometimes exhaustion comes from hard things. But sometimes it comes from really good things that still require a lot from us emotionally. Either way, our instinct can be to keep pushing when what we actually need is to stop long enough to come to God.Episode 125 is another guided prayer, created for the woman who feels depleted and may not even have the energy to find the words to pray.Jesus tells us in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”He doesn't ask us to get ourselves together first. He simply asks us to come.So that's what we're doing today. If you are emotionally tired, physically exhausted, carrying more than you realize, or struggling to find the words to talk to God, press play and let this prayer help you begin.Scripture referenced: Matthew 11:28–30 and Isaiah 40:28–31More Guided PrayersEpisode 113: A Guided Prayer for Busy Seasonshttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-113-a-guided-prayer-for-busy-seasons/id1720432616?i=1000771632294Episode 119: A Guided Prayer for the Woman Who Needs Prayer Toohttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-119-a-guided-prayer-for-the-woman-who/id1720432616?i=1000777500245Connect with MeJoin LFF Podcast News: www.tracybalderach.com/podcastIf The Living Faithfully Fit Podcast encourages you, subscribe, leave a review, and share this episode with a friend who could use this prayer today.Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/faithfullyfittracy/Website: www.TracyBalderach.comPrivate faith + wellness community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/livingfaithfullyfit | — | ||||||
| 8/24/26 | Episode 124: When Life Changes Faster Than Your Heart Can Catch Up: Finding God in the Transition | Transitions can be exciting, beautiful, prayed for... and still leave you wondering why your emotions feel all over the place. After weeks of preparing to launch my oldest daughter to college, moving her in, coming home, going back for sorority recruitment and finally saying goodbye, everything got quiet. And that's when the transition really started to hit me.Maybe you're not dropping a child at college. Maybe you're starting a new job, moving, sending a child into middle school, launching a graduate into adulthood or simply realizing that a season of your life is changing. This episode is for the woman standing somewhere between what was and what's next. We're looking at a moment between Jesus and His mother, Mary, that has me thinking differently about what happens when our roles change and God asks us to move forward instead of trying to hold onto what has been.Scripture for this episode | Matthew 12:46–50“While Jesus was still talking to the crowd, his mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him. Someone told him, ‘Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.’ He replied to him, ‘Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?’ Pointing to his disciples, he said, ‘Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.’”💻 Have you ever wondered if you could build an income from social media?Maybe you're in a transition yourself and part of what you're thinking about is what's next for you.I've spent years building businesses through social media, and today I'm mentoring women who want to create an additional stream of income by sharing products they already use and love. You do not need a huge following or years of experience. But you do need to be willing to learn, show up consistently and get into conversations with people. If you've been curious about the affiliate opportunity I'm building with MAKE Wellness and want to learn more about what it could look like for you, I'd love to share the details with you.Learn more about my business mentorship here:www.tracybalderach.com/businessmentorshipIf you're in the middle of a transition right now and trying to make sense of all the emotions that come with it, press play. | 8/17/26 | Episode 123: 18 Years Later... 3 Things I See Differently Now (Part 2 to Ep 121) | Two weeks ago, before moving our oldest daughter into college, I shared 3 things I’m incredibly grateful we prioritized during her first eighteen years. Now that we’re on the other side of that move, I’m finishing the conversation. What surprised me when I sat down to prepare for Part 2 was that I couldn't come up with three big things I regretted. Instead, I kept coming back to a few choices I made with really good intentions that I simply see differently now.If you're raising kids who are still under your roof, this isn't an episode about regret. It's about perspective. Because sometimes we don't realize what matters most until we're far enough down the road to look back. 💙✈️ Join Me in Dallas! If you've been watching my journey with MAKE Wellness and something inside of you keeps wondering, Could this be for me?, I want to personally invite you to join me at MAKE Summit, September 17–19 in Grapevine, Texas.Come because you're curious. | 8/10/26 | Episode 122: She Grew Up in Church. She Ended Up in Rehab. Featuring Caitlin Kendrick Conwill | What happens when the little girl who loved Jesus slowly walks away from everything she once believed? In this week's episode, I'm joined by Caitlin Kendrick Conwill, and her story is one I haven't been able to stop thinking about.Caitlin grew up as a pastor's daughter. She loved the Lord, wanted to do everything right, and spent much of her childhood feeling like she never quite fit in.Then she left for college. What she experienced there challenged everything she believed about faith, people, and acceptance. Over time, she drifted farther from God, became agnostic, and built a life that looked incredibly successful from the outside. She was traveling with a band, performing in front of thousands, thriving professionally, and chasing the life she had always dreamed of.Until it all came crashing down.In this conversation, Caitlin shares how alcohol slowly took control of her life, what led her to rehab, and the unexpected way God began pursuing her again. If you've ever wrestled with church hurt, perfectionism, shame, or wondered if you've wandered too far from God, I think this conversation will encourage you.Connect with CaitlinCaitlin Conwill, MBA, CHAA is an healthcare consultant and business owner from North Mississippi who advocates for quality improvement within the behavioral health and substance abuse treatment communities she serves. Her career, and life, took a turn when she discovered God’s grace and purpose through her journey of recovery from alcohol and drug abuse. She continues to share her testimony and use her personal experience to help others in their walk through early recovery. | 8/3/26 | Episode 121: 18 Years Later... Three Things I'm So Glad We Did (Part 1) | As I prepare to move my oldest daughter into her college dorm, I've found myself looking back over the last eighteen years of motherhood and asking one simple question...What am I most grateful we prioritized as a family? In this first part of a special two-part series, I'm sharing three ordinary rhythms that quietly became the foundation of our home. My hope is that whether you're raising toddlers, teenagers, or getting ready to launch a child into adulthood, you'll walk away encouraged that the small things really do matter. If you've ever wondered whether the little things you're doing today are making a difference, I hope this conversation reminds you that faith, family, and intentional parenting are built one ordinary day at a time.✈️ Join Me at MAKE Summit in Dallas!Have you been watching my journey with MAKE Wellness and wondering if it might be something you'd love to learn more about?I'd love to personally invite you to join me at MAKE Summit, September 17–19, in Grapevine, Texas. | 7/27/26 | Episode 120: Depression Was Hard. Thinking God Was Disappointed in Me Was Harder (featuring Charlé Barkey) | Have you ever wondered if your struggle somehow disappointed God?Maybe you've wrestled with depression, anxiety, or simply felt like you weren't measuring up as a Christian. Instead of running to Jesus, you found yourself pulling away because you thought you needed to get better first. This week, I'm joined by wellness educator, speaker, and coach Charlé Barkey for one of the most honest conversations we've had on the podcast. Charlé vulnerably shares how God met her in one of the darkest seasons of her life and gently reminded her that shame never gets the final say.As our conversation unfolds, we talk about what it means to steward the bodies God has given us, create space to hear His voice, and trust that He is always inviting us back into relationship with Him.One of my favorite moments in the episode came from Genesis 9:3:"Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything." (Genesis 9:3)It's a beautiful reminder that from the very beginning, God cared about how we nourish and care for the bodies He entrusted to us. Stewardship isn't about perfection—it's about honoring Him with what He's given us.If you've ever questioned God's heart toward you because of your struggle, I pray this conversation reminds you that He isn't waiting for you to have it all together. He's simply asking you to come.Connect with CharléWebsite:www.curatedbycharle.comInstagram:www.instagram.com/curatedbycharledoTERRA:https://referral.doterra.me/13161234Free Resource: The Quiet That Changes Everythinghttps://canva.link/79os0s0njfdz1jvConnect with MeWebsite:www.tracybalderach.comInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/faithfullyfittracyPodcast Newsletter:www.tracybalderach.com/podcastIf this episode encouraged you, would you take a moment to leave a review or share it with a friend?
