The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have to deal with Baker Mayfield's contract situation and it has a chance to sink their season before it starts. Kyler Murray joined the Minnesota Vikings this year and most expect him to start, but the Vikings haven't treated him like that so far and it is a mistake that could delay their chance to get back to 2024 form. Justin Herbert could take a massive leap forward for the Los Angeles Chargers and if he does, it could make them a dangerous team in the AFC. Staying in the AFC, the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars both need more from the quarterback spot if they want to escape the middle of the rat race in the NFL.
