Not because I'm burned out. Not because I don't love my business. And definitely not because I'm quitting coaching. In fact, this whole process has made one thing crystal clear: I absolutely LOVE coaching women and helping them lose weight for the last time. But somewhere along the way, I realized that even though I left corporate America to create more freedom, I had slowly become an employee in my own business. My schedule wasn't changing for summer. My priorities weren't changing for summer. And that's when I knew something needed to shift.
