We’ll talk about the difference between the first and second half of the cycle, why some weeks feel so much easier than others, how perimenopause can amplify everything, and why I wish I had understood this years ago while raising kids. I also share how constantly pushing through eventually led me to burnout — and how I’m learning to be more gentle with myself, nourish my body differently, rest without guilt, and pay attention to what my body is actually asking for.
