Andy Burnham, the former mayor of Greater Manchester and new leader of the Labour Party, took the final steps on Monday to succeed Keir Starmer and become the UK's seventh prime minister in a decade. The Department of War on Monday identified two U.S. soldiers who were killed in Iranian strikes in Jordan. First Lt. Tyler James Feehan, 25, and Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, 19, were killed during Friday's attack on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan.
