Tracy Luckow, and her sister Lori, founded Whipnotic after very comprehensive careers in the food & beverage industry. Tracey, a food scientist, had the opportunity to work for some of the biggest brands in food, innovating some of America's most well known brands, before deciding to team up with her best-friend/sister and give it a go with Whipnotic. The product itself, a delicious swirl of whipped cream with flavoring made in small batches in Rochester. The swirl? That comes from a patented nozzle that Tracy invented.
