The Story Behind The WORST Greatest Athlete List Of All-Time
About this episode
The episode discusses the poorly received 50 Greatest Athletes Of All-Time List created by Sports Illustrated in 1999.
Today, we're diving into what was one of the worst things I've ever worked on. Back in 1999, Sports Illustrated's decided it wanted to make an end of the century 50 Greatest Athletes Of All-Time List. Except, they wanted to do it by state. Yes, 50 of the greatest ahtletes of all-time, in each state. For all 50 states. It went about as poorly as you would think. Have any guests you want to see on the show? Have any questions for me?
