Paul discusses why Israel has not obeyed the gospel despite it being preached to them.

In Romans 10, Paul asserts that even though the gospel was preached to Israel through the Moses, the Prophets, and the Apostles, Israel has not obeyed the gospel. Why has Israel not obeyed the gospel? He offers three alternative explanations: 1. They have not heard the gospel. 2. They heard the gospel, but they did not understand it. 3. They both heard and understood the gospel, but rejected it.
