Zero BS, Full Potential: Be Yourself and Be Invisible, Rebecca Bonnington, Ep. 534
From Take it from the Ironwoman by Susanne Mueller

About this episode
Rebecca Bonnington discusses her coaching methodologies and the importance of authenticity in attracting the right clients.
Two programs, one mission: Rebecca runs the Kickass Culture methodology for business-savvy coaches, and the Zero BS School for coaches just starting out who need the real basics nobody teaches them. She is fascinated by Star Wars & the Force: A 1977 cinema moment at age six sparked a lifelong connection between the Force and NLP. She uses NLP as a superpower, but only for good. Great coaches don't give people what they need. They offer a set of keys so clients can unlock the potential that was always already there. The golden advice: Be yourself Stop being corporate blue and vanilla. Let your personality polarise people. The right clients will find you because of who you are, not despite it.
