Dr. Cesar Migliorati discusses the importance of oral medicine during cancer treatments.
Now a professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences, He served as associate dean for Clinical Affairs and Quality at UFCD from 2017 until March 2021. In May 2019, Migliorati was appointed president of the American Board of Oral Medicine and subsequently served a one-year term in the role. His current research collaborations focus on supportive care in cancer and the oral complications of cancer therapy.
