From Survival Mode to Dancing in the Living Room Monica Harris is a degree-qualified naturopath in Australia with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Despite her training, she didn't see her own Hashimoto's coming. Diagnosed while pregnant and working a high-pressure corporate job, Monica found herself in what she describes as survival mode as a new mother, until AIP and the support of an AIP Certified Coach changed everything. Within three weeks of starting AIP, every symptom she was tracking improved. Two months in, her thyroid antibodies dropped from over 1,000 to 297.
