I share my own experience of going from a tiny audience to tens of thousands of listeners almost overnight, and what that actually felt like behind the scenes. I talk about the pressure, the criticism, and the lack of clarity that came with rapid growth before I was ready for it. Then I walk through what I believe matters far more than audience size. I talk about alignment, responsiveness, influence, and relational depth. I share how I’m intentionally building relationships with people attending my upcoming workshop, and how that same approach applies to podcasting, even if you only have a small number of listeners.
