After almost 7 years, I’ve decided to close The Coach’s Journey Podcast this autumn. As I have done throughout The Coach’s Journey, I want to share my thinking about my business with you, in service of supporting you to think about yours in new ways. And so in this episode, I share my thinking on closing down this podcast, what will happen between now and the final episode in October, and what I’ve learned from the process of deciding to close the show. I also share big news about The Coach’s Journey Community, and how my work with coaches is evolving in an exciting new group programme for coaches launching this year. In particular, I talk about: How I use my energy as a compass in my business. What can happen if we’re brave enough to say ‘No’ to things most people aren’t brave enough to say ‘No’ to . The crucial distinction between the work and the container . How I’m going to take what was magical about The Coach’s Journey Community and build it into a new programme, which creates even more tension and possibility for transformation .
